I’m Volkan, a software engineer specializing in computer graphics and real-time rendering performance optimizations with some video game industry experience.
I’m currently working at AMD as a Developer Technology Engineer, helping game studios with performance optimizations focusing on the GPU and integrating various rendering effects into game engines.
I’m into science, pyhsics & mathematics (geometry, light, quantum physics), programming, visualization, technology, thrash metal and rock music, guitar playing and the occasional traveling around.
In computing, I enjoy working with real-time and high-performance applications, CPU & GPU performance optimizations, shaders, realistic rendering and hardware architecture.
